How it works

  • After completing a questionnaire, I will guide you through a physical assessment session to determine your fitness level, flexibility, possible range of motion limitations and more.
  • I will design a customized training plan that fits your goals, fitness level, limitations, schedule and equipment availability.
  • You will access your training plan via the Perform Younger® App.
  • Track your sets, reps and weight and answer a bi-weekly short questionnaire that will allow me to gather information needed to create your next monthly training plan.
